About Us

The mission of the Bismarck Parking Authority is to provide convenient reasonably priced parking to the residents, clients, customers, merchants, and employees of the Downtown Parking District.

The Parking Authority currently manages three ramps and one surface lot.  The total number of spaces under management is approximately 1,225. 

In addition, the Parking Authority administers all aspects of the Park Smart program.  The Park Smart program was designed to help businesses attract customers by validating customer parking with printed coupons at a reduced rate.
