Parking Authority meetings are open to the general public.  Meetings are held on the 2nd floor of the City/County building located at 221 N. 5th Street, Bismarck.  To schedule an item on the agenda for an upcoming meeting, call Rocky Gordon at 223-8568 at least two weeks prior to the meeting date.
