The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 A.M. in the Tom Baker Room, Bismarck, North Dakota. Chairman Jim Christianson presiding.
Roll Call was held.
Members present: Jim Christianson, Jon Burger,Todd Kovash and Trevor Vannett per phone
Members absent: Jake Axtman
Staff Members: Jeremy Petron, Sue Schaff, Dennis Torgerson, Corey Voegele and Isak Johnson

MINUTES
Chairman Jim Christianson called for consideration of the minutes of the February 12, 2026 meeting.
MOTION: A motion was made by Trevor Vannett, seconded by Todd Kovash and unanimously
approved by all members present that the minutes of the February 12, 2026 meeting be approved.
REVIEW FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MOTION: A motion was made by Jon Burger, seconded by Todd Kovash with a roll call vote, Jon-aye,
Todd-aye, Trevor-aye, and Jim-aye to approve the February and March financials.
CONSIDER REQUEST FROM TRESTLE BUILDING FOR EV STATION PLACEMENT IN THE GALLERIA RAMP
MOTION: A motion was made by Trevor Vannett, seconded by Jon Burger with a roll call vote, Jon-aye,
Todd-aye, Trevor-aye, and Jim-aye for management to draft a lease agreement, subject to the
City Attorney’s review and approval for the Trestle Building to have 2 EV stations placed in the
Galleria Ramp, owned and operated by Trestle for a potential ride-share program for Trestle tenants.
UPDATE FOR PROJECT’S RFPs (SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS AND 3RD STREET ELEVATOR
- Jeremy Petron reported that the RFPs were being advertised. Bids are due Wednesday May 6, 2026. Public bid
opening is at 4:00 PM.

There being no further business, Chairman Jim Christianson declared the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority adjourned at 9:24 A.M. and will meet again at the next regular scheduled meeting on May 14, 2026.
